Department Custom Scope
Under the supervision of the Assistant Director of Academic Programs, the Credential Analyst is responsible for advising students on the full range of California Teaching Credentials (CTC) and authorizations offered by University Extension. The position is responsible for adhering to all CTC Accreditation standards, reporting, data collections, and other requirements. Responsible for the implementation of new academic programming and maintenance of continued programming. This is done by means of scheduling courses, screening and selection of instructors, and coordinating teaching agreement administration with academic services. Responsible for budget planning and enrollment forecasting on a quarterly basis. Additionally, this position functions as administrative support to instructors, and may act as a liaison with industry partners, the K-12 education community, and campus. |
