Department Custom Scope
The Enrollment Advisor is responsible for responding to student inquiries with a high level of student service and converting the inquiry into an application. They will serve as a contact for both prospective and current UCR University Extension students who have applied, are currently in study, and/or who have questions regarding programs and enrollment processes. They will identify students? learning needs and goals and enthusiastically articulate program details. They will engage, advise, and guide students through inbound/outbound calls, email, virtual meetings, and live chat while maintaining consistent documentation and updates of student contacts and interactions within the CRM system. They will regularly collaborate with other University Extension and UCR units to ensure a seamless enrollment process, mitigate concerns, and monitor student progress. |
