Department Custom Scope
The Senior Enrollment Advisor applies their knowledge and skills as an experienced admission professional to provide lead responsibilities for Enrollment Advisors including: assisting them to achieve their goals, provide project management and leadership, and manage leads and inquiries. They will also collaborate and support: process improvements, development of outreach strategy for attracting and yielding students, and report generation. The Senior Enrollment Advisor is responsible for managing an active pipeline of leads and inquiries with a high level of student service and conversion from inquiry to enrollment. The position also provides support that goes beyond the point of new enrollment, including continued registration, student engagement and retention services. The Senior Enrollment Advisor is responsible for product knowledge regarding UCR University Extension programs and course options for programs in international education, education and credentials, and/or professional programs. |
