Department Custom Scope
| The Multimedia & Classroom Technology Analyst is part of a team that provides A/V services and support to the entire campus. Assists with installation and deployment of networked digital presentation hardware for new builds or legacy upgrades and follows up on the maintenance of existing equipment. Works in conjunction with Multimedia Service Coordinators to provide special events equipment and support; in addition, may supervise student employees for high profile events when needed. Provides instructional technology support in all general assignment classroom spaces and service delivery for both academic and non-academic events. Responds to clients requests and incidents within service management platform. |
