Gathers and assembles analytical and factual data on assigned problems and issues to prepare reports and/or analyses summarizing information on the assigned issues and commenting on other significance for internal or external constituents.
- Conduct routine and ad hoc reporting from Famis 360, StarRez, Banner, CPMS and other campus systems. Performs analytical studies on a variety of policies, programs, and issues. Researches and summarizes industry best practices and new program technologies. Disseminates information and correspondences throughout unit and in conjunction with other Auxiliary teams. Maintains compliance of OSHA, and CAL-OSHA, and IIPP reporting and record-keeping requirements. Assists in emergency planning processes and documentation. May serve on emergency response team and part of departmental operations center (DOC).

- Coordinates and acts as the central point of information gathering/dissemination and communication for facilities projects between AS units, campus partners, vendors, etc. Works with the AS project team to maintain and update short/long term project lists. Creates and oversees summer turn schedules, project timelines, work assignments and quality control. Works with procurement to ensure clear vendor communication and appropriate scheduling.

May access sources from trade and/or professional associations in building such documents or create and conduct surveys as needed.

- Responsible for benchmarking with other UC campuses and industry standards to inform on best practices. Assists in the creation, monitoring, and updating of internal department documents such as KPIs, customer surveys, flow charts, process maps, and procedures using standard departmental and University policies and past precedent as guidelines.
