Human Resources Employee and Organizational Development (EOD) programs provide UC Riverside employees with learning opportunities to enhance skills, improve effectiveness, develop leadership capability, increase employee engagement, and prepare for career mobility. The Director of EOD Programs works in partnership with stakeholders and the HR leadership team to plan initiatives and curriculum which align with organizational priorities. This position is responsible for the design and implementation of employee development programs, organizational development concepts and workshops, facilitation of leadership development classes and learning experiences, and partnering with selected vendors to roll out programs. The ideal candidate has a general understanding of application of a learning management system. The position serves as the lead to the EOD team and as an advisor to campus constituents on organizational development, change management and effectiveness strategies.
