Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for performance improvement. Serves as "lead" trainer and subject matter expert to develop training staff personnel. |
Department Custom Scope
The Senior Training Coordinator leads an enterprise or system wide program or project. As an advanced professional who applies several years of experience in training & education, instructional design, and project management; the individual selects learning methods that will result in positive behavior change. The position creates cutting-edge interactive learning activities and multimedia content, establishes schedules for course development, and oversees production. As a leader, responsibilities include mentoring and guiding other training staff, campuses, and/or project team participants. |
