Department Custom Scope
The Business Systems Analyst serves as the subject matter expert for the UCR Library's Integrated Library System (ILS) applications and is responsible for analyzing business practices, processes and developing solutions to issues. Additional responsibilities include business systems analytics and project management for various cyberinfrastructure application projects, user training on productivity applications, and general information technology support of help desk requests. |
