Applies professional UC Academic HR concepts, organization and/or system wide policies and procedures to provide guidance to supervisors and managers to resolve a variety of academic human resources issues of moderate scope and complexity.

Department Custom Scope
The incumbent will be responsible for complex review and analysis concerning a variety of academic personnel and human resource actions and provide recommendations and guidance to the Assistant Director, Director, Department Chairs, FAO's and department staff regarding the interpretation and implementation of personnel policies and procedures. Will serve as back up support in all areas to the other Academic Analyst positions within the BCOE CPSU.
