Plans, schedules, and implements moderate-sized, comprehensive fundraising and alumni relations projects and programs, including specific fundraising programs such as annual fund, alumni relations, research, et cetera. May coordinate and oversee the work of support staff and/or other professionals. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Position is expected to raise gift dollar amounts as established at each fundraiser specialization. |
Department Custom Scope
Under the general direction of the senior director of annual giving, the associate director of leadership annual giving will play a key role in growing the overall annual giving donor base and pipeline, assisting in the long-term strategic and resource capacity for the university's fundraising efforts. The incumbent is responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and management of the leadership annual giving pipeline through the engagement, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of leadership annual giving level donors. The associate director of leadership annual giving will connect alumni, donors, friends, volunteers, and other constituents to the campus, and ultimately increase annual giving to campus-wide schools, departments, and programs. |
