Applies professional and analytical skills to aid in the development, execution, and evaluation of Academic Services projects and policies. Collects data and exercises judgment to ensure compliance with University Extension policies, procedures, and processes. Generates reports and presentations to analyze problems and makes sound recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Description % Time
Applies professional or research concepts to perform analysis of data and systems pertaining to moderately complex projects, policies, initiatives/processes and/or functions.
  • Provides analytical and administrative support of course, instructor, and certificate approval and evaluation process to ensure compliance with Extension academic standards and D1 system requirements.

Gathers and assembles analytical and factual data on assigned problems and issues to prepare reports and/or analyses summarizing information on the assigned issues and commenting on other significance for internal or external constituents.
  • Including compliance with internal and external reporting requirements related to academic programs and the maintenance of a business process and policies archive.

Prepares, edits and modifies documents including research reports, manuscripts, presentations and proposals.

Using subject matter knowledge, collects and prepares information for use in discussions, meetings of internal and external constituents.

On a project basis, performs analytical studies on a variety of policies, research initiatives, programs and issues.
