Exercises judgment in selecting methods and techniques for performance improvement. Serves as "lead" trainer and subject matter expert to develop training staff personnel. |
Department Custom Scope
The Organizational Learning and Development Consultant will take a leadership and training role in identifying and eliminating harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB) or performance management programs across the campus. Conducts harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB) or performance management training programs to ensure continuing compliance with policy. Develops, implements, and manages a bullying intervention and prevention or a performance management program. |
