Custom Scope
Independently uses and applies wide-ranging experience and proficiency in training and development concepts on projects that typically have system-wide impact. Uses training and development concepts to resolve the most complex issues with system-wide impact. Works on most complex issues of strategic engagements with great political sensitivity, where analysis of circumstances and information requires an in-depth evaluation of factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to system plans and objectives. Is considered a subject matter expert and often recognized as an expert externally in the industry. |
Department Custom Scope
The Financial Systems Implementation Trainer will partner with Business & Financial Services divisions and various Finance/Administrative partners from other Vice Chancellor areas to address training gaps based on training and client support data. The Financial Systems Implementation Trainer will also build and develop the finance training program end to end, develop training materials and webinars, coordinate training sessions and lead training activities/exercises under the general direction of the Assistant Controller. |
