Department Custom Scope
The Health and Psychological Student Services (HAPSS) IT Supervisor will oversee all the critical duties of the HAPSS IT staff who supports the operation for the Health and Psychological Student Services (HAPSS) electronic medical records and operational applications. This includes but is not limited to Point and Click, Pro-Pharm and other specialized applications. The position builds strong analytical and statistical metrics and measures using integrated healthcare data from varied sources; works with internal and external customers to provide data solutions. Analyzes requirements for systems and interfaces in terms of cost, benefit, timeliness, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Exercises judgment in selecting the appropriate course of action and levels of consultation for the problem and issue resolution, and follows procedural requirements for authorization and approval when required. |
