Gathers and analyzes financial and other resource data; prepares reports or analyses of operational activities, evaluates current and proposed services, etc.
- Coordinates calendars for ADs, within the Medical Education unit, making scheduling decisions in accordance with the AD and FAO. Synthesizes and reviews information and briefs the ADs and others in advance of meetings, conferences and travel. Ensures all logistics are taken care of relating to travel and events attended by the ADs and others in Medical Education unit. Assist with preparation of required reports for OMEQ . Coordinates and plans site visits to affiliate sites, special events and retreats, including travel and logistics for participants. Manages the task tracker and follow up on all action items for OMEQ and Medical Education. Manages data for multiple OMEQ and Medical Education dashboards, including sending and following up on data requests, and data entry. Coordinates and schedules meetings with various internal and external constituents. Serves as primary point of contact for scheduling multiple complex meetings with UCR faculty, staff, students and institutional partners/affiliates for both OMEQ and Medical Education ADs. Provides parking permits for visitors/interview candidates.

Administers a defined operational program or activities which may include some of the following functions: finance, facilities, payroll, space planning, student services, human
resources, communications, informational technology or safety.
- Provides analytical and project management support to the ADs within the Medical Education unit and other executive staff in the Dean's Office. Interacts extensively with senior staff to gather needed data and information, analyzes a wide range of complex issues and requests, provides sound recommendations, takes action to resolve problems and follows up to ensure issues are resolved appropriately.

Functions as a resource on issues such as researching complex financial discrepancies, escalated customer service problems and vendor concerns.
- Screens incoming mail and tracks action items to ensure timely response. Routes mail, responds to or redirects correspondence as appropriate. Briefs the Ads, FAO, and others in Medical Education unit on problems of significance and urgency and offers suggestions on possible actions or responses. Processes reimbursements and initiates web recharges and purchase requests as needed.

Staffs various standing and ad hoc committee meetings and/or task forces. Hosts and takes minutes at multiple weekly standing and ad hoc meetings for OMEQ and Medical Education.

Assists Medical Education ADs with yearly evaluation/appraisal process. Sends out reminders regarding appraisal submission, collects appraisals and sets up appraisal reviews for those reporting to ADs of Education. Maintains copies of appraisals.
