Department Custom Scope
Under the Division of the Health, Well-being, and Safety, this role is acts as navigator for students who seek resources to help them during times of crisis. This position is critical, acting as a connector to other departments on-campus, and understanding safety-net programs and services in the surrounding Riverside community. |

Consults and collaborate regularly with campus Mental Health and Health Care providers to support and co-manage care for students with high risk mental and physical health conditions, and assist with referrals to community providers. Creates and maintains relationships with community providers, agencies, and services, to ensure effective response to student needs, and a smooth transition of care. | 15 |
