Department Custom Scope
Under the supervision of the Director of Transportation Services, the Project Analyst will provide administrative, project management, and data analysis support to Transportation Services management on a wide variety of complex and high priority projects. The incumbent will apply professional and analytical skills to aid in the development, execution, and evaluation of department procedures, policies, programs, and projects to improve service delivery and the customer experience. The ideal candidate loves systems, processes, and data; excels in a fast-paced environment; possesses a natural curiosity to learn new technologies, ideas, and tools; and takes initiative to explore and update processes and documentation. |
