Department Custom Scope
Under the direction of the Psychology Department FAO, administers and coordinates fiscal budgeting and administration enabling the Department of Psychology to maintain fiscal integrity and internal controls. Perform high-level budget/resource analyses and prepare monthly financial reports for faculty. Track and reconcile expenses for intramural and extramural funded programs and initiatives. Maintain strong internal controls. Respond to changing needs for financial reports and ad hoc information to faculty, chairperson, and administration. Prepare budgets and coordinate submission of intramural and extramural contract and grant proposals for multiple agencies. Process, track, and reconcile department appointments and payroll. Other duties as assigned. |
