Department Custom Scope
The Junior Configuration Analyst, while under direct supervision, will primarily be responsible for helping to analyze department requirements, procedures and problems to automate business processes, upgrade or modify existing systems, and review system-wide capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations while proactively monitoring and providing metrics for reporting purposes for various security vulnerabilities. The candidate will work with the Security Office to determine security best practices and requirements to help guide their applied knowledge of endpoint configuration management to help manage various types of hardware the campus oversees. Candidate must be customer service focused as they will be required to interact with customers and disseminate information using project management tools, metrics and other reporting means. This position will work alongside the Configuration Analyst and their Manager to determine best course of action and provide guidance as needed. |
