Department Custom Scope
The Configuration Analyst, while under broad supervision, will be responsible for analyzing department requirements, procedures and problems to automate business processes, upgrade or modify existing systems, and review system-wide capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations while proactively monitoring and providing reports for various security vulnerabilities. The candidate will work with the Security Office to determine security best practices and requirements to help guide their applied knowledge of endpoint configuration management to help them design and architect a managed solution for various types of hardware the campus oversees. Candidate must be customer service focused as they will be required to interact with customers and disseminate information using project management tools, metrics and other reporting means. |
