Custom Scope
Independently oversees a comprehensive communications program for a unit or school with moderately complex communications requirements. The communications program usually includes written, visual, digital and electronic communications. Works with management to develop and execute organizational communication and market branding strategy. Designs and implements information campaigns.

Department Custom Scope
The Communications and CRM Specialist is responsible for supporting the communications and Slate Customer Relations Management (CRM) for the office of Undergraduate Admissions. They will manage a large variety of emails and ensure timely deployment, population management, and reporting. This position will also manage data uploads while maintaining data integrity, create or update event registration forms, inquiry forms, and event portals within Slate CRM while updating documentation and training as needed. The Communications Specialist will also provide support in updating and managing admissions communications for email, print, and web. The Communications Specialist position is a one-year contract position with a possibility of renewal based on funding.
