Department Custom Scope
Under supervision by the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Manager of Technical Operations, the Information Systems Analyst supports IT services used by the instructional program and supplies technical expertise to meet the challenges of this increasingly dynamic environment. Responsibilities include support of IT services, including service delivery, server and desktop deployment and maintenance, and development of new technical solutions. The Information Systems Analyst remains current with developments in the field, supports established IT procedures and standards, helps implement work flow processes, and ensures consistent delivery of IT services. |
