Department Custom Scope
Reporting to Executive Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), the Project Policy Analyst will provide a range of duties and functions for the Office of Financial Planning & Analysis and in support of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Planning, Budget & Administration including policy creation, review and analysis for campus-wide financial policies; analyses of campus-wide personnel, financial and student data for brief, well-written reports and campus communications; researches and drafts materials and provides guidance to assist in the development of briefs, policy documents and other materials as needed; preparation of presentations/materials for both campus-wide and system-wide meetings including but not limited to the Regents meetings, Annual President meeting, UCR Town Halls or Leadership meetings; coordination with other campus organizations/units in the policy review, messaging and communications regarding high-profile campus-wide projects and initiatives; and other duties as assigned. Responsible for cataloging and maintaining the policies owned by the department, and developing communication strategies for developing and updating policies. |
