Department Custom Scope
As a member of the Graduate Division Finance Team, the Financial Services Analyst reports to the Financial Operations Manager. The incumbent is responsible for providing financial, budgetary, analytical and administrative support for the Graduate Division. The incumbent is responsible for the coordination and management of various fund types including contracts & grants, fellowships and foundation funds. Performs financial analysis by querying and analyzing data from various systems to produce reports. Completes credit card reconciliations, monthly ledger reconciliation and assists with fiscal close activities. Process deferments, subcode requests, reimbursements and serve as a liaison to the Shared Services Center for payroll related actions. |
