Department Custom Scope
As an important member of the Recreation Department Program Management Team, the Assistant Director of Aquatic Programs is responsible for the development, administration and oversight of a comprehensive aquatics program which will provide aquatic facilities, programs and services to the UCR campus and community. The Assistant Director of Aquatic Programs is responsible for the overall management of aquatics programming and staff, equipment maintenance, and general operations of the Student Recreation Center Aquatics Complex. The incumbent will also provide leadership and direction in the development, coordination and execution of special events programming at the aquatics complex working collaboratively with a variety of campus departments to meet the needs of the University community. |
