Department Custom Scope
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Communications, the Marketing Coordinator assists with all marketing and communications activities and events of the UCR School of Education (SOE), in support of its academic programs and its affiliated area groups. This role will assist with marketing research, drafting of marketing and communication plans, measurement and analysis, copywriting, graphic design, email marketing, web content management, social media management, digital advertising, photography, videography, and event planning, promotion, and execution. Requires working occasional weekends and evenings for signature events. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of racial literacy given that UCR is an HSI and AANAPISI institution, situated in the Inland Empire. They will be able to align Marketing priorities with the SOE mission: The University of California, Riverside's School of Education, or SOE, is a nationally recognized school in a public research university that leverages its broad range of expertise to develop impactful partnerships, collaborations, and evidence-based resources fundamental for teaching, learning, and student success.
