Department Custom Scope
Under the direction of the Service Management Manager, this Junior Service Now Programmer is responsible for application development using all phases of the software development lifecycle (conception, design, testing, production, and maintenance). As a junior-level developer, this position works closely with senior developers to gain knowledge and experience to analyze, design, build and document specifications for applications using the ServiceNow platform. Additionally, collaborate with fellow developers and business analysts to support discovery and requirements gatherings in an agile development environment. This role also provides technical guidance and applies information technology practices, community standards, and relevant policies and procedures to medium-sized projects or portions of large projects with moderate scope and complexity. Finally, works with campus stakeholders to resolve a wide range of issues and demonstrates competency in selecting tools, methods, and techniques to obtain results. |
