Custom Scope
Works on training programs and needs assessments that are of moderate scope and complexity. Uses professional training concepts in the completion of assignments. Applies organization policies, procedures and programs to address training needs among various functions and departments. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.

Department Custom Scope
Serves as trainer and subject matter expert to develop training staff personnel. Assists with developing a regular outreach & training schedule to the SOM to mitigate changes of financial & applications restructures with lmpact23. The lmpact23 program is a multi-year initiative that will transform the way UC Riverside transacts, develops budgets, tracks spending/revenue, and performs financial reporting. The program's focus is to implement the UC mandated Common Chart of Accounts (CCOA), standardize business processes, and replace existing financial systems with new, cloud�based applications that include Concur Travel & Expense, Kuali Sponsored Programs, and Oracle. Assists with executing and analyzing quality plan and management mechanisms and monitors center delivery quality to enhance customer satisfaction and service experience. Collaborates with training resources to develop a regular outreach schedule to the SOM to mitigate changes of financial & applications restructures with IMPACT23. Involves monitoring the performance, quality and traffic operations for a service center. Assists with monitoring the application of the traffic function, including policy and procedures, operating structure, and information flow. Suggests recommendations to a team in achieving maximum efficiency of productivity for the department. Recommends solutions for monitoring performance and ensuring quality. The incumbent will independently research, formulate and present data analysis, reports and recommendations to management both orally and in writing. Must be able to work under the pressure of constantly changing priorities, unanticipated urgent demands, and multiple tasks.

Works in a collaborative manner with a diverse organization community to administer, organize and conduct existing employee training programs and may assist in the development of new programs.
  • Serves as trainer and subject matter expert to develop training staff personnel.   • Keeps logs of escalated customer service issues and identifies potential quality risks and makes recommendations regarding preventive measures to address risks.Initiates and designs training studies and needs analysis to ensure effectiveness of current and new training initiatives.
