Department Custom Scope
The FitWell Coordinator is a key member of the Recreation Department Fitness program leadership team. Major responsibilities include the development, management, supervision, implementation, coordination and evaluation of the Group Exercise program, the Group Fitness Instructor Training (GFIT), and massage program areas. Assist in the oversight and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the Recreation Department Fitness facilities, and assist the Assistant Recreation Director - FitWell with all other aspects of the Recreation FitWell program portfolio. The FitWell Coordinator works in close collaboration with all Recreation Department staff and other campus partners to create a campus climate of wellness and to provide fitness and wellness related services and programming to all members of the campus community to help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals. |
