Department Custom Scope
Under the supervision of the RED Administrative Officer, the Research Center Administrative Officer serves as an integral part of the daily administrative operations for Alianza UCMX. In this role the Research Center Administrative Officer functions as the main transactor for procurement, travel, and other financial or administrative needs. This position serves as an occasional back-up/relief person for administrative tasks and functions for other administrative units and departments under the Research and Development organization structure during absences, leaves, or as required. |

Coordinates daily office operations, assuming full responsibility for processing transactions related to purchasing, travel, supplies, and the equipment needs of the department as well as implementation of administrative projects assigned by senior staff.
