Department Custom Scope
The Organizational Learning and Development Consultant/Trainer 3 will play a vital role in facilitating workshops and programs that promote leadership skills, team collaboration and organizational effectiveness for staff. This position is part of a team responsible for the delivery of targeted leadership development curricula to support individual contributors and management development across the campus. The incumbent's expertise will contribute to the growth and development of our diverse community of faculty and staff members. Under the supervision of the Director of Employee and Organizational Development the Leadership Development Consultant will plan, organize, and implement a wide range of training activities, including facilitation of workshops, certificate courses, leadership development and other professional development classes.

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training. Required

4 - 7 years of related experience. Required
2-4 year of experience in adult learning principles, including training methods, group dynamics, human behavior, and techniques used in adult education. Required
1-2 years of experience delivering training in both classroom and virtual environment Required
2-4 years of developing leadership development training curriculum/leadership programs to enhance skills and increase employee engagement. Required
