Applies high-level expertise in strategic business development to identify joint venture, affiliation and merger and acquisition opportunities that support clinical enterprise strategic priorities.
- -Partner with the operating leadership teams to cascade strategies and direct linkages through affiliate business plans, dashboard measurement and budget processes. Identify opportunities for new business proposals and product expansion, ROIs, complete with conducting feasibility studies and risk analysis in collaboration with operating executives.
-Coordinate and align market-driven growth across assigned affiliates and corresponding operating units while aligning the enterprise growth strategy.
-Responsible for partnership alignment both internally and externally. Ensure seamless transition for patients, patient families and physicians.
-Assist in the implementation of a joint governance framework between UCR Health and affiliated organizations that promotes and monitors physician performance, quality, utilization, operational performance, financials, patient flow, physician experience and patient satisfaction.
