Department Custom Scope
The Pathway Programs at the University of California, Riverside School of Medicine is committed to diversifying the physician workforce and offers unique programs serving high school, community college, university and postbaccalaureate students. Pathway Programs is a team professionals who are committed to achieving the Mission of the UCR School of Medicine through providing programs and services for students from educationally and socioeconomically disadvantaged backgrounds in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The Program Evaluation Analyst supports the Pathway Programs Director and Associate Dean of Student Affairs with fulfilling reporting requirements and program evaluation for Pathway Programs. The incumbent is responsible for data collection and management, analyses, and reporting for Pathway Programs which provides services and programs for high school, community college, and university students in the Inland Empire. Through data analysis, the incumbent is responsible for participant tracking and preparing reports with visuals to demonstrate program outcomes. This is a position is funded by a five year Health Professions Pathways Program grant from the California Department of Health Care Access and Information. The project is currently in year two of the grant performance period with the projected end date of June 30, 2027. This position may be extended based on funding and program needs. |
