Position Information
The Recreation Department is seeking a motivated team player to become part of our administrative and accounting team to provide purchasing and administrative support to its various programs and activities. The Recreation Department is a Student Services Department with a mission of providing opportunities to enhance mental, physical and social development through recreation services, programs and facilities to our campus community. Expected hiring range is $30,816-$36,180.
Minimum Requirements
Demonstrated knowledge/experience in general office procedures using various computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and other software applications providing administrative support.
Working knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles.
Skill in accurate record keeping with strict attention to detail, organizing tasks, documents and materials with efficiency and accuracy.
Ability to work in a strong service environment that is subject to constantly changing priorities.
Skill in research for products used by Recreational programs.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in a Recreational environment.
