Position Information

The Executive Director for Individual Giving reports directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor, Development, and serves on the senior Development leadership team. The incumbent will oversee development officers within the Central Development Office whose focus will be on individual giving at the major gift, leadership and annual giving levels. The incumbent will be responsible for the management of the following areas within Central Development - Annual Giving, Gift Planning, and Regional Development.
In conjunction with the Associate Vice Chancellor, the Executive Director will help to create a holistic, strategic and thoughtful approach to the development operation. As a leader on the Development team, the Executive Director will play an important role in helping UCR conduct a transformative and comprehensive fundraising campaign. This is a two year, renewable contract position which includes the same employee benefits afforded career employees.
