Position Information
Under general direction from the Financial Operations Manager; provides financial management support to Faculty, Staff and students within a large, complex teaching and research department with 150+ employees and annual expenditures in excess of $16 million. Perform complex budget/resource analysis including retrieving data from campus financial system, organizing and validating data and the preparation of comprehensive reports for management. Provides pre-award and post award administration support to Faculty, Researchers, Staff and Students within the department of Chemistry. Maintain fiscal integrity for all funds and accounts. Ensure all funds are in an auditable /reportable condition.
