Position Information

Under the leadership of the Associate Vice Chancellor for University Development and directly reporting to the Director of Development for Campus-Wide Initiatives, the Director of Development, Student Success will be a front-line fundraiser responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of comprehensive fundraising programs that will generate private support for campus-wide initiatives. This position's initial focus will be to raise private support for student success, scholarships, fellowships, and programs/areas that enhance the overall student experience at UC Riverside (UCR). This is a two year, renewable contract position which includes the same employee benefits afforded career employees.
