Position Information

Under the direction of the Senior Director for Development, UCR School of Business the Assistant Director for Development, is responsible for management and implementation of activities including fundraising and stewardship events, development communications, gift processing, and data projects. The primary areas of responsibility include coordinating day-to-day operations associated with annual giving and major gift/campaign activities including managing timelines, budgets, gift administrations, prospect management, and special events. The incumbent will assist in the development initiatives aimed at growing a pipeline of leadership annual giving prospects, major gift fundraising and supporting the overall development efforts of the University. This is a two year, renewable contract position which includes the same employee benefits afforded career employees.
