Position Information
Under the direction of the Associate Director of International Education Programs, the Manager of International Student Services is responsible for the management and development of the International Student Services unit, inclusive of the IEP Homestay Program (400 local participating families), the residential education program at International Village Apartments (300 beds/2 buildings), the Transportation and Cultural Liaison Office (15 part-time drivers), and the Activities Office, all serving up to 5,000 international students per year. This position is responsible for revenue generation through housing occupancy, excursions and transportation services; comprehensive student life programming inclusive of social and cultural activities, co-curricular conversation programs, service-learning programs and other activities that support custom programs and the general student population. The position is responsible for development and performance management of staff, overseeing daily administrative operations; student advising on matters of student life, adjustment, and health insurance; and leadership on crisis management, conflict resolution.
