Position Information
Primarily responsible for managing the Boyce Hall Receiving Room. Receives packages using SC Logic software, maintains recipient database for accurate notification, and ensures proper protocols are followed regarding storage of perishables, gathers packing slips and scans documents to Ebuy. Financial duties include but not limited to, assisting with ledger reconciliation, processing procard transfers, non-payroll cost transfers, calculates and redistributes fleet service charges, tracks FedEx billing and assists with fiscal close processes. Provides a variety of administrative tasks including filing of purchase orders, mail distribution, updating mailboxes, managing directory lists and communications for mandatory campus trainings. Perform all duties with high level of professionalism in customer service, courtesy, and confidentiality. Work within a team environment providing support to coworkers. The budgeted hiring range for this position is $44,432.64-$52,763.76.
