The Financial Systems Implementation Trainer will partner with Business & Financial Services divisions and various Finance/Administrative partners from other Vice Chancellor areas to address training gaps based on training and client support data. The Financial Systems Implementation Trainer will also build and develop the finance training program end to end, develop training materials and webinars, coordinate training sessions and lead training activities/exercises under the general direction of the Assistant Controller. **The budgeted hiring range is up to $107,800 annually.** Finalist will be required to provide a work sample. As a condition of employment, you will be required to comply with the University of California SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) Vaccination Program Policy. All Covered Individuals under the policy must provide proof of Full Vaccination or, if applicable, submit a request for Exception (based on Medical Exemption, Disability, and/or Religious Objection) or Deferral (based on pregnancy) no later than the applicable deadline. Advanced knowledge of training and delivery methodologies, organizational diagnosis and organization and business strategies.
Advanced verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and advanced presentation skills.
Advanced knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Advanced knowledge of training and development, performance management and workplace learning. Ability to apply knowledge to achieve successful organizational outcomes.
Advanced skills in planning, resourcing and monitoring effective training delivery.
Advanced knowledge of functional area and advanced understanding of how work impacts other areas in human resources and the organization.
Advanced analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
