Position Information
Under the general supervision of the Business & Financial Services (BFS) Financial Systems Project Manager, this position will serve as a key team member on the Impact23 (Financial Systems Replacement) program, working closely with functional workgroups and their leaders, to document/assess business processes and perform data analysis associated with the program. Additionally, it will operate as a support analyst for systems deployment, especially focused on business use cases, policy questions, and troubleshooting configurations, interfaces, integrations and technical design. The position will provide recommendations for business process improvements and related internal control functions balanced against University of California campus and system wide policies and procedures. This position will work closely with functional subject matter experts in the areas of the general ledger, budget, security, procurement, accounts payables, travel, pre- and post-award administration, asset management, and accounts receivables. Collaborates with other program team members as needed, including the change/communication manager, implementation partners, and trainers, to ensure respective program activities and coordinated and properly documented. The effort assigned to the job responsibilities may shift in response to changing goals and objectives and the demands of the program. The budgeted hiring range for this position is $68,500 – $96,200.
