Position Information
The School of Business at the UC Riverside is a nationally ranked and internationally-recognized AACSB-accredited business school. Home to the A. Gary Anderson Graduate School of Management (AGSM), which features MBA, Ph.D., Professional MBA, Master of Science in Business Analytics (MSBA), Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc), and Master of Finance (MFin) programs. The Assistant Director of Admissions and Recruitment, under the general direction of the Graduate Admissions and Recruitment department within the School of Business, will help to administer UCR School of Business customized international programs and coordinate numerous aspects of program planning and implementation, including program structure, marketing, data analytics, student outreach, and program evaluation. The incumbent is expected to conduct modest travel domestically and internationally to foster institutional relationships. The budgeted salary amount for this position is up to $88,600.

Skill in project management and organization including prioritizing, multi-tasking and tracking
Thorough knowledge and experience working with a diverse student population.

Ability to listen and respond to the needs of customers to achieve excellent customer service measured by outcomes rather than activities.
Ability to interpret policies and procedures to prospective students and the public.

Skill in using business software systems in the completion of work assignments; i.e., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint. Knowledgeable in analytical skills, demonstrating organization and problem-solving skills.
In-depth knowledge of current public educational programs and trends
Thorough knowledge to conduct needs assessment and development of new presentations/courses to meet organizational needs
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with schools, universities, community organizations, and other institutions.
