Position Information
**UC Riverside career employees who have passed their probationary period will receive priority consideration for this position. This is a primarily remote working position reporting to the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs. The Program Coordinator coordinates teacher certification, youth, and other custom/special programs in Extension's Academic Affairs Department. Conducts research and analyzes program content and delivery needs to secure appropriate presentation settings. Arranges logistics and ensures appropriate course materials and technology are available to support projects. Provides high-quality customer service to instructors, staff, and educational partners, second-level programmatic expert support to prospective students, and academic service support to enrolled students. The incumbent of this position must have the ability to work in person with short notice as student servicing needs dictate.

Minimum Requirements
Working knowledge of conducting needs assessment.
