Position Information

The Forms and Workflow Analyst creates, coordinates, and maintains standardized forms and form processes using various enterprise forms and workflow software tools. Provides consultation and training to department subject matter experts and end users on the use of forms and workflow software tools, providing support on the development, review, and maintenance of all forms. This position will serve as the product owner of Kuali Build, maintaining administrative control, monitoring product releases, and communicating to form owners on any changes that may impact their processes.

This position is classified as primarily remote with occasional visits to campus as necessary. Working hours will be based on Pacific Standard Time (PST). This is a ONE YEAR CONTRACT position. Should additional funding become available in the future, the contract could be extended or converted to a permanent career position.

Minimum Requirements

Thorough knowledge of business and process analysis functions.
Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
In-depth understanding and skill in process and systems requirement documentation standards, such as Use Case modeling, User Story creations and narrative description.
Thorough knowledge of business processes and procedures.
Self-motivated and works independently and as part of a team. Able to learn effectively and meet deadlines. Demonstrates problem solving skills.
Strong skills and knowledge of methodologies associated with analysis of processes and problems, information flow and architecture.
Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization. Interpersonal and communications skills to work with both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization.
Broad knowledge relating to software design.
Thorough knowledge of related areas of IT.
Demonstrated ability to work with others from diverse backgrounds.
Documented experience in form and workflow design.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of current developments in form design, workflow automation, API setup, and software integrations.
