Position Information
The Graduate Programs Research uses advanced data techniques and organizational objectives to resolve complex issues related to the School's student success initiatives. This position supports Schoolwide strategic planning and decision making through the analysis, presentation, and distribution of institutional research-related data. This includes planning, analytical studies, and reporting on data related to students performance analysis to understand past, current and project performance of the Graduate, and Undergraduate Program Offices relating to recruitment, admissions, course demand, and interest, internships, and employment; this incumbent will also work closely with the Marketing and Communication unit, and support the Dean in data collection and analysis. The incumbent will also analyze matriculation trends and issues and will make suggestions for process improvements to all the programs. Also serve as the department subject matter expert for technical (CRM system), Banner and Salesforce, and system-related issues concerning the student application process, electronic marketing, and communications, and associated technologies. Please note: The budgeted hiring range is up to $114,800.
