Position Information
This position serves as part of the Administrative Services and Strategic Executive Team (ASSET) as the Senior Human Resources Generalist, advising and providing service delivery of a full range of human resource functions to the campus' senior leadership, as well as for divisions and units in the Chancellor's, Provost & Executive Vice Chancellor's (PEVC), Planning, Budget, and Administrationâs (PB&A), and Associate Vice Chancellor for Health, Well-being, and Safetyâs (AVC, HWS) organizations. The position reports to the Human Resources Manager and serves as a point of contact for a diverse workforce; responds to inquiries, questions, requests, and concerns. Provides high-level analytical and administrative support in collaboration with the Human Resources Manager in the implementation and delivery of HR services and programs, including recruitment (including executive searches), employee relations, performance management program administration and reporting, compensation programs, leave administration, departmental policy development/revisions, payroll, training and development, and other ad hoc requests for reports and information. **Please note that we have multiple vacancies for this position and may fill more than one position through this recruitment process.**
