Position Information
Auxiliary Services is currently recruiting for a Senior Analyst supporting the Associate Vice Chancellor. Auxiliary Services comprises six units, within a combined budget of over $130 million, over 300 career staff, over 950 student staff, and 2.6 million in building square feet on 160 acres. The operations include Auxiliary Administration, Campus Business Services, Early Childhood Services, Housing Services, Dining and Hospitality Services, and Transportation and Fleet Services. The Senior Analyst involves complex analytical studies on a variety of projects, programs and issues in support of Auxiliary Services, as well as in research of new or changing systems and programs. The Senior Analyst assists in program and project planning and management, development, implementation, training, and administration; interprets monitors and analyzes information regarding programs and initiatives and provides strategic and operational consultative services to leadership and department administrators; develops and implements actionable metrics for tracking and reporting quality, customer service and other key performance indicators vis-a-vis internal performance and external best practices; acts as a steward for the University and the organization, ensures strong risk management practices at all times.
