Director of Baseball Operations - Men's Baseball (P/T)

Position Information

Under direct supervision of the Head Coach of the Baseball program, the Director of Baseball Operations - Men's Baseball (P/T) will be responsible for the teams administrative duties. The incumbent will be handling the teams travel, travel expenses and reporting. The DBO will also use professional coaching, sports concepts and work on coaching activities within a limited scope.

The budgeted hiring range for this position is $17.59 - $19.55 ($36,735 - $40,816 annualized)

Minimum Requirements

Demonstrated effective interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with athletic participants.
Demonstrated sound judgment and decision-making.
Must have ample knowledge of excel, as well as computer skills necessary to operate program's heavy analytics program. Must also be familiar with film breakdown and set up
Demonstrated effective problem solving and communication skills, verbally and in writing.
Current knowledge of applicable rules and standards of the affiliated athletic conference, the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) or National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), as well as other associations and agencies to which the campus adheres, and, at all times avoid any and all violations of these rules and standards.
Specialized knowledge of the team sport or activity.
